NFCS - QA spearheaded the ISO 9000 certification project with full commitment and participation from management to all staffs factory wide.

After project kick-off jointly with our engaged consultant, Neville Clarke from October 2002, all current systems were appraised and gap analysis were conducted and improvements on Quality Management System carried out to meet ISO 9001:2000 requirements.

With confidence gained from Internal Quality Audits and Management Review, we had received certification audit by PSB successfully in early June. On 9 June 2003, we were awarded the prestigious PSB ISO 9001:2000 certification (Number 2003-1-0537). Our next target the ISO 14000 Environmental Management System.
